Booking

As soon as you send the booking form and you transfer € 120 for seminars or € 240 for holiday seminars to art of love, BIC GENODE61FR1, IBAN DE 50 6809 0000 0005 4252 12, bank: Volksbank Freiburg Germany, your place in the seminar will be reserved and we send you a confirmation. Then the booking for the seminar and for the room in the seminar house is binding. Special requests for single or double bedroom have to be written in your booking.

The rest as well as the rent for the apartments, has to be transferred to the bank account before the seminar starts or you pay at the beginning of the seminar.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation 30 days before the seminar starts, we take € 80 for administrative charges, if we offer alternative seminars, you can swoop the dates.

If you cancel 7 or less days before the seminar starts or you don’t come or decide to leave the seminar, you have to pay the full price and if necessary the costs for accommodation.

Liability

I assure that I take part in the seminar on my own responsibility and understand the instructions of the seminar leaders as the suggestion on whose implementation I decide myself. Facilitators, organizer and host, are free from any liability claims. For damages which I add to myself or other persons or things, I will take over the liability. If I am in medical or psychotherapeutic treatment or have other health problems, I will inform the seminar leaders. The course is no substitute for psychotherapeutic treatment.

In case you are in any therapeutic treatment, please inform us early enough to decide, whether it makes sense to participate.

If a participant has not enough capacity to follow the process of the seminar in a self dependent way and the group process gets disturbed, the facilitators have the right to exclude this person from the seminar.

We do not take over the liability for valuables.

I have read the general conditions of participation and resignation terms carefully and agree with it.

Jurisdiction

General jurisdiction for all contractual issues is Freiburg.
